X-ray certificate for NZ

A couple of questions regarding X-ray certificate:
Should examining radiologist certify identity by placing signature across the FACE or
the BACK of the photograph? Is it correct to assume that I am NOT REQUIRED to submit
X-ray film along with the certificate if there is no evidence of pulmonary
tuberculosis or any other abnormality?
Thanks,

The radiologist signs on the face of the photo. You need to submit the film with your
application and certificate.

I contacted the NZ embassy in Washington DC and the advisor told me that the x-ray
film was not necessary for the application, but to hold on to it just in case. This
protocol may be different at other locations.

We were told by our consultants that its not necessary to submit the x-ray film
itself. Always worth hanging on to that kind of thing though!
