OK, I'm at it again, worrying about the medicals....

In order to prepare myself:


what was your BMI at medicals Did you need further investigations because of a high BMI, if so, what were they?

me at my 27 and normal BP - nothing. Having high BMI you may be asked for BP monitoring, blood sugar test to begin with, but I am not a MD to be sure, anyone else has any ideas?

FYI my BMI is around 37 give or take at the moment..... it is going down though!

Hoping it all goes well this week, I'm sure you'll be fine.
Others on here have also had high BMIs and has not been a problem, and dr should be looking at overall health, not just a number (IMHO, anyway)

We've got X rays next week and meds the week after, shall be glad when they are done.

Not to worry, Ali, you will be fine. When some wisearse told me to get in shape, I said that I *am* in shape - round is a shape, innit? I lost pounds since though. Karma back at ya.
