457 delay -ideas?

457 delay -ideas?
Anyone got any ideas why we haven't changed status since 2 OCt? The kids had meds which are cleared on that day, as the visa is only for 12 months us adults have no automatic need for meds or x rays.
It was the case that 457 was granted just after meds cleared last month/early this month so why not ours? Have seen a 457 applied for 19 sept and granted 9 Oct!
The only questions on the application that could in anyway be contentious are speeding fines each 10 years ago and a no insurance 25yrs ago on the crim rec check . Health wise we both declared medication for migraine. However so far nothing has been asked about these. All docs were included in application.
I've been going mad imagining what could be the delay. Spent since 2 Oct wondering if it'll be today.
If I could just know its *X*Y*Z* causing the delay it might help my stress levels -or maybe not arghhhhh
