Working in OZ

What's the policy on working in OZ if you're a NZ resident only?
Can you work in OZ right-away or you need to have an OZ Work Visa?

New Zealand residents (including NZ PRs) who are not NZ citizens have no right of residence or work in Australia.

An Australian PR may be granted NZ PR upon arrival at NZ only if he/she is in possession of a valid Australian RRV. Presumably, the initial Aussie migrant visa won't suffice for NZ PR purposes.
