I think there are lot of experts at this forum. Can you please suggest me if someone (Holding 475 regional sponsored visa) gets a Job offer at Sydney is there any way he can join? or as soon as he joins its illegal or all he has to ensure that he work and stay at two years region within his three years visa?

You'll be breaking the terms of your visa, and so when it comes to applying for PR, you won't be eligible, as you won't have met the criteria.

No you cannot take a job in Sydney. You must have understood this before you applied for the 475?

Actually i got the Job offer. What if i am confident that i will be able to convert my visa to PR before my 475 visa expires.

Then you won't be on a 475 so the question is moot anyway.

You are not allowed to work in Sydney on a 475 visa - if you do you and are found out you will likely be deported. You will not be able to convert to PR because you will not have complied with the terms of your visa

Whilst you are on a 475 visa, you cannot live or work in Sydney.

To do so would be a breach of your visa, it will certainly come to light when you apply for PRband your PR would be refused and you will need to leave Australia.

I really don't know why you're bothering to ask, since you seem fairly determined to try to circumvent the rules - regardless of what any of us here say. Just in case you don't think that DIBP will deport people who don't keep the visa requirements that they knew about and signed up to, I'll just leave this here.
