Wohooo
We got our 175. Can't explain the feeling. It took exactly 18 months of processing.
Now I am thinking of typing my resignation, what a sweet feeling that will be

Your case seems to have stuck in security clearance otherwise it's taking 16-18 months on average for the grant of pending 175-176 visas. Another option is to withdraw your case and make new application for 190 visa, it will hardly take 6 months to accomplish.
