WHV and 176
I am posting this for a friend who is intending applying for state sponsorship for Victoria and a 176. She intends to go to Melbourne on a WHV in the meantime. I know there is no problem applying for the 176 and then the WHV while you wait for this.
Does anyone know if there is any problem in doing this the other way around, eg applying for the WHV and then the 176? She has been told that this is the correct way to do it.

I cannot think of a single reason why it would matter what way round she applies. So long as she let's DIAC know where she is.
