When will we get a timeframe update? MODL
I applied for a 175 visa in Feb 2009, Low risk country, MODL but NOT CSL.
Any idea when we might get an update of what's going on? At the moment we know they are just processing CSL but wondering when we might get an update as to when/if they are going to start processing MODL?

Unfortunately NOBODY on here is likely to know the answer, possibly not even the department itself!. Its like trying to guess how long this is

Hi Luke Brown,
Noticed your signature... are you on MODL because you did not score enough on your IELTS? If so you can repeat IELTS to get individual band scores of 7 and then upload the results. You will then fall into CSL.

We have asked time and time again for people not to ask how long any part of their application will take. No one, not even the good people at DIAC, know. It's completely pointless to ask. Everyone's timeline is different and so totally irrelevant to everyone else.
