When does the Background Check starts
Hi,
When does the background check starts? Do they start the background
check just after completing the processing of application or do they
first wait for the police clearance certificate from us and then go
for background check. Someone has some idea about it?

So what is the difference between a "background check" and a "police
clearance certificate"? I though there both meant the same.
