Whats the verdict?

Whats the verdict?
Folks,
Recevied the following email reply from my case officer when I asked if there was anything else they required following my AU$100K investment deposit:
`All received, visa will be finalised within the next 4 weeks and you will be advised`
So whats the verdict out there: Open the Champagne or keep it in the fridge?

Keep it in the fridge, but keep the corkscrew close at hand!
Its just a mater of time, but looking at the rate things are moving these days, you'd better take that "4 weeks" with a pinch of salt.

Dear Wolfen,
Obviously you should drink the champagne now. Any wine you plan to bring to
Australia will most likely not survive the journey, and local wines here are
of excellent quality.
cheers

I dont think my stress levels can stand another 4 weeks! What do you recon it means by "a decision will be made" surely thay are not going to take your money for 12 months and not give you a visa are they!!! My god dont i sound desperate. I'll save my congratulations untill you have the letter in your wolfen like paw.

You sound about as desperate as we are!!!! Thats what prompted us to to email our case officer.......
Our bond paperwork was recorded with Fedex as being delivered on the 14th July in Adelaide.. We received the bond certificate about 5 days later.
In the email it doesn`t say that `a decision will be made`, just `All received, visa will be finalised within the next 4 weeks and you will be advised`which sounds to me like the decision has been made and just awaiting to be sent.
As to contacting them we just used the old `[email protected]` where first & last are your case officers name. I suppose it was pot luck as to whether our case officer was on leave or not.
Cheers

Hi Neil
tried that way about 3 weeks ago and called them last week and was told to email the general email adress and mark it for the attention of our case officer but again no reply, despite really wanting to i'm not going to email again (well not today anyway!) the last thing i want to do is get the blokes back up. If what they've told you is standard then we should be celebrating by the end of this week! Heres hoping, enjoy the champagne!
