Re: what visa can my children come over on
Yes, IF it is a solution it could be very helpful to other people.
However, when I was looking to come over a good few years ago, I approached a fair few agents who all told me there would be no problem with my getting a visa. Turns out they were all talking poop to try to get money out of me, which is why I am now an obsessive reader of forums and the immigration website.
It also helps as I came on a student visa and most people who do trust their agents who either give them wrong info, or don't update them when things change!
Can you tell I don't trust agents? If you are going to go by any agent, spend the money and pay for George Lombard. He is the ONLY one who has not given me misinformation at some time or other. A rare gem.

Hi speedracer, I dont want to be pessimistic, but some of the posters who have tried to answer your query are pretty experienced & I'm wondering what kind of "solution" this migration agent has proposed for you.
Please, can I direct you here:

And invest a couple of hundred dollars getting some decent advice...in the long run, it could pay for itself several times over.
Best wishes
