What happens in case of unable to submit PCC
Hi Folks,
I had some doubts. What happens in case my police clearance gets delayed or Im unable to provide the same ?
Due to some unforeseen circumstances, my husband's PCC is stuck for a long time ( 3 months already ) He is the main applicant.
In case we tell the CO we are unable to get the PCC, will the visa be outright rejected?

As BS says, keep the CO informed.
If in the end, he is unable to obtain a pcc from a particular country then he will need to advise the CO. Some countries will not provide pcc, and the COs are aware of this. There are ways to deal with it, so it would not mean a straight-out refusal.
