By the way, how do you contact your CO ???? I have Her name but not sure what goes after it or whether its just their initial and surename etc.,

When your CO requests medicals,PCCs and form 1022,he/she e-mails you a requestletter.That has full name and e-mail address of your CO. I e-mailed him twice and got instant replies.
