I sent all my original skill assesment and IELTS score in August but
no response from Adelaide .. i sent the mail by reistered mail(Govt).
I didn;t received any reciept or any confirmation that they recieve my
mails.

If anyhting wrong happens .. so what to do ?

You could try ringing Adelaide and asking if they have received your application. Has your credit card been charged yet? This would be a good indication whether your application has been received.

Can't you contact the 'Govt' mail service and check with them if your package has been delivered? Why didn't you use a reliable courier service instead?

The first form of communication from ASPC would be the paper acknowledgement from them, and there would normally be a deafening silence for many months after that.

Apparently, ASPC are still mulling over March 2002 applications, amazingly.

They are currently looking at (and processing) July 01 applications for those of us who had our applications transferred from London.

We had a letter on Xmas eve asking for Police checks and form 80 to complete.

Don't expect ASPC to reply so soon. As I've mentioned before, your acknowledgement letter is the only form of communication you'll get from ASPC for many months, so be patient.

Likewise we submitted our application to Adelaide Feb 2002 asked for more info Sept 2002 and no word since - know what you mean about wondering if the documents have been received or not.

We tried e-mailing our case officer but just received a standard acknowledgement back this was in mid- December.
