Normally you have 28 days, plus 21 days if overseas, to respond to
such requests. It is possible to ask for an extension, provided you
have good reason.

If you need to organise a loan against equity in your house, as some
people do, you should be arranging the finance now (obviously only a
line of credit, with no obligation to actually draw it down), not
waiting to be asked.

We're trying to determine the exact timeline for completing the capital investment required to obtain 5 bonus points. I've seen mention here that you have 'about a month.' Is there an exact amout or does it vary from case to case?

I've reviewed a blank copy of the 1134 form, checked the Skilled Migration Booklet, and found the instructions from SAFA...but there's no mention of how long we'll have to complete the procedure.

I've got trip coming up and don't want get into a mess by missing a deadline.

we were invited to make our capital investment letter dated 10
march then 49 days to get the paperwork back to aspc we are unable to get it sorted by then so our agent will ask for an extension hope this helps
