What an Agent can do?
Its 8th month my application (ACS, IT) is with Immigration, but havent
heard not even single word, as austimeline, i have seen people getting
PR in 8 to 10 months mostly. but i havent have even request for
medicals yet. Its just so much frustrating,
I just need to ask, that Can my migration agent make any inquiry to my
case officer? or can he ask for the status of my case? because people
said here that if i make a contact with my case officer directly they
will make it more delay.
Can anyone comment what can be reason why they are sleeping for my
case?

You should certainly have had some kind of acknowledgement - if your
agent is any good why isn't he chasing this up?
