All the adults in your family will need visas, the simplest way is for everyone to study one of the skills in the skills list for Australia, then get experience in that field, then consider moving, but not before, as most people here have told you, with what you have and the lack of skills there is no way that you will be granted a visa.

No, you need to pay a registered migration agent to help you explore possible routes.
A quick and drity lawyer would probably find you a quick and dirty route to being arrested for migration fraud. We do not have, and do not want, people of that type using this forum.
As you have posted the same stuff in the New Zealand forum, and there is clearly no way you can migrate to Australia in your present circumstances, I am closing the thread.
