Hi Wasim, not clear what exactly you mean by 'admission in MS' but if referring to visas suggest you start your investigation here:
http://www.immi.gov.au/visawizard/
Think your IELTS may be too low, you can check this on the link
Good luck

I hope you took academic IELTS and not the general one? Coz I think you need academic one for student visa.

You will need to write a whole lot better english than what you demonstrate here in order to be accepted to a university here in Australia.

It's also going to depend on what you wish to study. Different universities have different courses. So, decide what you want to study then do a search for universities in Australia that actually have that course then find out what the criteria is for foreign students.

Sorry, but this is not really true Dorothy.

I know oversees students (my ex-housemate, for instance) studying here whose english is terrible, lot worse than what Wasim has written here.

Oversees students are charged a fortune for their admission and course fees, and that is why probably univs are not that stringent abt english ability.

Dont forget that foreign students add around 15-20 billion dollar to Oz economy every year

True, there is also an English language course for those who don't meet IELTS requirement called ELICOS.

Yes. For migrants. I find it difficult to fathom how someone could expect to complete 4 years of university work in a language they don't have a grasp of.

ELICOS(English Language Intensive Course for Overseas Students) is for international students and AMEP(Adult Migrant English Program) is for adult migrants.

Well I am sure australian government and universities would know better than us what they are doing.

All the courses are nt 4 yrs. Most of the masters invariably would be 2 yrs course. A major portion of these foreign students are from IT/Engineering background where moderately good functional english is suffiecient enough to pursue their study.

If you have a problem with a post you are free to report it. You will also find that manners go an awful long way in getting things.
