Default Waiting for the grant letter ...

I got am email from DIAC stating that I meet the points tests and my application (visa 136) will be finalized in two weeks, and I will be notified by email. Their email came after I sent to them some info to be included in my application. The two weeks period ended two days ago and I heard nothing from them. I fully understand that they have huge number of other applications to process, I thought that this explains why I was not notified on my visa.

Please share with me your experiences when the grant is emailed, did you go through similar experience?

Should I call them and ask about my application?

Thank you

Cheers,

Gere

I think you've got to be patient for a little while longer. I expect "two weeks" meant "when it gets to the top of the pile" rather than "in exactly 14 days time". It's hard, we've all been through it, but you'll get there eventually.
