visa subclass 176
Hi,
Holders of subclass 176 visa category has to reside for 2 years in the state which sponsered the immigrant. What is not clear is that the immigrant has to reside the first 2 years or does he/she can reside for 2 years within the validaity of the visa.
Secondly does the dependants of the main applicants are also bound to 2 year residence clause.
Wish to hear a wise advise/comment/suggestion.

For 176 - You and your dependants must reside in the State that sponsored you . You can stay for the first 2 years and then leave the state if you wish (Your stay in the state should be the first 2 years and not any other time within the 5 year visa period) .
