status of pr visa subclass 175 after divorce
hi all
im in a situation plz help me out
we(my husband,me n our son) came to australia in early 2011 on PR stamped separately on our passports.
n now the problem is we cant continue our marriage anymore
just want to ask if my husband gives me divorce
will mine n my son PR remain valid.(as my husband is the primary applicant)
can we travel bk to our homeland n come bk again later
n is there any need of renewal of this visa as wel

You have permanent residency so you are all fine to stay. You can come and go up until five years from your visa grant. After that time you need a return resident visa.
