Visa - Sponsorship
Hi
Just a quick question regarding visas if anyone has a good understanding?
My brother is over here on a student visa and working part time. The part time employer has said they wish to sponsor him and we are unsure as to which visa he would go for that offers permanent residency in the long term. I'v read around the ENS and am unsure if I am honest.
I know we probably need to see an agent, but thought I would ask on here as it is the weekend . I am off on a google search
Thanks in advance.

Re: Visa - Sponsorship
The ENS is the permanent eployer sponsored visa, but if he has been a student recently then he ight not qualify for it. There are recent work experience requirements for this visa. Read about eligibility here.

The 457 temporary employer sponsored might be the more realstic option.
