Default which visa, sorry if this has been asked before

Hello,

Sorry to bombard you all with question, but I have been looking online and its not that straight forward.

I am trying to see which would be the best visa for myself/2 year old son to move to Oz.

I am 23 a single parent with no qualifications. I have worked full time up until 3 years ago when I started to care for my 91 year old grandmother and looking after my son.

My long term plan is to teach, but I know this will take time to get the relevant qualifications etc. I want to get a job (customer service or like as that is what I used to do). But basicly will do anything before I teach.

I would dearly love to move end of next year, but if I have to wait until I have my teaching qualification (I am starting in Feb, home study) then I will do, but thats not the way I would like to do it.

Sorry if I have gone on a bit. But what would you do/which visa would you go for?

Thanks

Susi

Hi Susi
sorry to be the bearer of bad news but you have to have various diploma's degree's etc and also relevant work experience i think it is two years out of the last three so you would have to qualify then work in that job for at least three years but hey if you want it go for it it is not long considering you can stay in oz the rest of your life also you can contact various migration agency's and they will let you know what you have to do

thanks for putting it like that. That is what I have been looking for on line all day. I am prepared to finish studying here in France before starting visa applications etc.

I had an accident before taking my GCSE's so couldn't go ahead and take a level's etc. So I will carry on.

Thanks again

Jackie,

Thanks so much for that I will look into it further. At present I am doing a foundation degree (I didn't get to sit ant exams at school as I had an accident the night before, good timing lol).

I will try and find out.

Thanks again

Susi
