Had a look around the high Commission Website but can't seem to find the date when they restart the yearly Qouta's for all visa's

Does anyone Know when this is.. as I am looking to Apply for WHV and I don't want to apply knowing I'll be refused if teh qouta limit is reached

I have read that the visa year starts on 1 of July.

Australia are fairly generous with WHVs. The government doesn't have
a problem with the numbers increasing, at least up to now.

I've not seen any posts here about people being refused WHVs on quota
grounds.
