visa for kids
Hi, everyone ! I hold a current RRV -2 Year Initial - for NZ. My
Spouse and 2 kids (12&10) do not have PR .I plan to go there in a
couple of months to stay for 1 year .Going thru Operational Manual
it seems that my Spouse can follow me on Work Visa for the duration
of my intended stay as per WF2 .what I want to know is that how
can my kids come with me ?On student visa or visitor visa? There is a
proviso for student visa for Dependents Children of Work Permit
holders (U.8.20) where they are to be considered as domestic students
for fee purposes but I could not find corresponding proviso for
Dependent Children of Permanent Residents. Can anyone throw some
light?
