I received grant letter this morning!

My timeline is:
Subclass: 176
Occupation: Civil engineer
Assessment: IEAUST 26.05.2009.
State sponsorship: VIC 24.06.2009. (applied 20.04.2009.)
IELTS: Listening 7, Reading 6.5, Writing 6 , Speaking 6 -03.09.2008.
Visa application: 20.06.2009.
CO: 14.08.2009.
Medical: 18.08.2009; Finalised 15.09.2009
Police: 18.06.2009.
VISA: 20.10.2009

If u dont mind... I have one confusion...
as ur mentioned timeline u got assessment result on 26th May.
But u applied for vic ss on 20th April.
So is it possible to apply for vic ss before assessment or during the assessment time without positive outcome (bcoz result is uncertain)???

As I am now doing assessment of my skill from EAus. So can I now apply for vic ss??

Yes you can apply for VIC sponsorship.
I applied before I got the result from IEAUST, but before they granted me sponsorship they asked for positive result from IEAUST.( result I think is always good )

I remember that the civil engineer occupation is on CSL? And you are SS from VIC. So, you was on the second priority for visa processing.
