1. It is a temporary visa ?
2.what if i not able to find a job, will my visa be void and require to return to my original country?
3. How do i convert to a permenant visa ? And how long ?

The visa is only valid for 4 years. To qualify for PR you would need to live in a regional area for at least 2 years, and work fulltime in any occupation for at least 12 months. I would have thought that if you did not find work you would want to return anyway, but if you do not qualify for the PR stage that is what would happen
