Visa 457 Queries
Hi everyone, Iam in the midst of processing 457 visa. Currently residing in Singapore for the past couple of years and waiting for the call from OZ immigration to give Health and Character clearence docs.
My situation is, I need to go back to my native cancelling Singapore visa. Thought of getting Character Clearence certificate before I leave Singapore.
My question is, can I get Character Clearence certificate before I receive call from OZ immi to do so?.
and the final question is, 'Am just confused which form should I need to fill in for Character Clearence. In the OZ immigration website there are 2 forms,
Character Requirement - Applications & Forms
1. Form 80 Character assessment, personal particulars (280KB PDF file)
2. Form 1101 Police records check - consent to obtain personal information (91KB PDF file)
'am worried which form should I need to download and get the Character Clearence certificate. Please help.
