Hello all,
Having looked at the tracking on Vetassess, it's changed from Active to:
Assessment status: Positive
Does this mean we have a positive assessment, or just that a decision has been made?
We haven't yet received an email about it - or will we receive a decision in the post?

It means, your application has been successful!

Congratulations! It's a relief to hear about your skilss assessment isn't it! I felt like that was the hardest part! What skills do you have and where are you heading to?

It's my girlfriend's skills being assessed, she was a Personnel Consultant, i.e. Recruitment Consultant.
No idea where we're planning to go yet, def East coast but could be Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney! How about you?

You need to have the letter cos you can only do an online application if you have a positive skills assessment, so it asks for your code (which is given on the letter).
We're hoping to head to Sydney...OH is an IT professional, and I am a life scientist (well actually a forensic scientist, but for the purpose of the skills assessment, I am a life scientist). Can't wait for the visa to come through, it's all so exciting!
