Hi all.

I just have an urgent query if you could answer. It would be great.

I received Request for More Information from Immigration regarding the 309 partner visa my wife had applied.

They're asking me (sponsor) to provide:

"Custody arrangements of the child from previous marriage"

I am not sure what shall I provide for this query?

My child from my ex-wife lives with my ex-wife in Pakistan. So far there is no legal (court) procedures from me or my ex-wife regarding the custody of the child. Both of us never claimed for the legal (court) custody of the child. Therefore, I don't have any legal document to provide in this case.

Please advise what shall I provide to immigration in this regard?
