Urgent! need help
A friend wants to migrate to Australia . He is the natural father of a
14 years old girl who is PR of Australia.Now this girl lives with her
mother-his ex-wife and the step-father in Australia.Can the girl
sponsor him as natural father to apply for 143 parent visa? I know that
the girl can't be the sponsor as her age is under 18 and there must be a
close relative or gardian to be the sponsor. The question is : Can her
mother-his ex-wife sponsor him?
my friend's brother also lives in Australia. So can he be the sponsor
on behalf of the girl?
I would appreciate it very much if anyone can give me some
