Urgent help required-online application

Urgent help required-online application
Hi Experts,
I just submitted my online application (SUB CLASS 175-MODL) some 3 hrs back and I have hit the exit button pre-maturely before completing the 4 steps such as (checklist, uploading all the scanned copies of the documents, print application form, etc)
When I try using my TRN number, I see the message:
Application received - processing commenced
Application fee received
However, there is a error message on the top:
"The following errors have been encountered:
Unable to provide further processing details at this time as the link to the application processing system is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. "
So, I'm not sure if there would be a link to add/edit/amend documents, etc..Can someone let me now if you see a link in that page?
Here are my other questions:
1. What should I do to get a link to upload all my scanned documents?
2. What should I do if I have to make amends/edits to the information on the submitted forms?
3. Do non-migrating dependants (my father, my mother, and sister) need a medical check? (I saw that listed in attach documents) I had entered their details in primary applicant's non migrating dependants...do they also need a medical tests? I'm confused.

Dont' panic, the system outage message effectively means try again later to add your document files. It sounds like you have lodged & paid the application if you have a TRN number.
Leave it for the time being, and try again perhaps tonight. The Department of Immigration does instigate checks on its systems from time to time so this is probably why the system outage message came up.
When you want to add documents, go http://www.immi.gov.au/e_visa/genera...igration.htm#g, scroll down the page to Complete an Application and beneath that Attach Documents to a General Skilled Migration Application. You will need your TRN, and birth date and password to log in.
Unfortunately, at this point, your submitted application can not be edited, as you are really supposed to have checked the information thoroughly before lodging. Wait until you have an acknowledgement and file reference from the Department of Immigration before trying to correct any details in your submitted application.
Finally, non-migrating dependants will need to have medicals done. "Dependants" being the operative word. If your father, mother and sister are not actually dependants, they will not need medicals (despite what you documents list says).

On the form, this was the information mentioned:
"Provide details of ALL your family. Include family members that are not accompanying you to Australia as well as deceased family members. Where appropriate, you are required to provide details of the following family members:
Your parents
All your brothers and sisters (including full, half, step and adopted brothers and sisters)
All your children (including children from previous marriages/relationships)
All your other dependents (including any dependent children of a dependent)"
Now, can I omit my parent's name in there for now and invite them to move in with me in later stage after immigrating..may be 5-6 year down the line? That was my original plan and I was thinking this is only for additional information.Never thought they will have to submit all medical test and other proofs right away.
Please guide.

Unfortunately its not as simple as omitting parents' details then invitating them later on to migrate. There are parent visas but they have their own set of criteria to be met to be eligible.
Up until recently I prepared parent and skilled visa applications but I now only specialise in business visas. I used my earlier password (the one used to save the application) today and all seems to work well. I guess its just the system error.
I also, noticed the application status and the checklist, I see only myself and and my spouse details and the requirement to upload supporting documents only for us and not for non-immigrating parents. I guess what I saw yesterday was due to some system error.
Feel much relieved today. Thanks so much for your prompt help. Its really kind of you.
