Default Urgent - Help required for Change in Circumstances

Hi all,

We have had our visa granted but not validated.

I am needing urgent assistance as we are moving to Perth at the end of Oct and unfortunately my wife has had a change in her medical position from that reported in our application and medical process, that needs to reported to the IMMI so we do not run the risk of being in breach of migration law.

All the infor and links i can find on the IMMI website relate to circumstances prior to visa grant and not post visa grant.

I have spent hours on the phone trying to get through with no avail.

Can someone please advise on how inform IMMI of this change in circumstances and how to do I get an immediate response?

Thankyou

Kevin

not too sure about this one , but would have thought that now you have your visa you wouldnt have to declare anything about your health ?

i think that it should be declared, but i really don't know how. perhaps you should consider calling DIAC

There is a change of circumstances form you can download and print off on the website http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/pdf/1022.pdf maybe that would be quicker than trying to get through on the phone.

Just an update for you.

We employed a migration specialist, George Lombard, who posts on the forum to assist us with our situation. With George's assistance, some gentle persuasion of the NHS and not forgetting Janet at Region 1 of the immigration dept we have confirmation that Visa is still valid.

We will hopefully be in Perth around New Year!!!
