Medical/xray forms
On the online application where it shows what documents are required, it shows forms 160EH and 26EH for everyone, however only myself the main applicant gets this form, when we click on the link for these forms for everyone else, we get a link to forms 160A and 26A but when you click on them it takes you to a page that says these forms have been withdrawn and to use forms 160 and 26 
. is this correct?

This has been discussed in the Sept online apps thread - I think the answer is yes but check on there...
