Urgent Assistance for Subclass 475 to 887
Dear All Expats,
This was regarding my visa scenario- Subclass 475 where I arrived in Adelaide Australia in Sep 2012 and have completed living for 2 years and working full time for 1 year. This Sep I did apply for 887 and there hasn't been a case officer allotted yet.
My concern is I'm on Bridging visa A now which doesn't take take effect until my subclass 475 ceases (June 2015)
So since I've applied for 887 now, will I be able to move interstate(non regional) for work for few months or do I still need to reside in Adelaide, SA until 887 has been granted.
Can you please advice me on this.
Thank you sincerely for reading and responding.
Best Regards,
-Nitin

You need to abide by the terms of the visa you have, the 475.

... and, when that expires, the conditions of the bridging visa A which you hold. Unfortunately the anticipated processing time for the subclass 887 visa is six months but this is a little unpredictable at the moment, it might run over June next year.
