Might have some good news for those who have just got their visa's, we sent passports to our agent on monday,arrived tuesday and was told they would take upto 2 weeks for them to be returned, agent called this morning to say she had them back and would post them out today so i'll have them back tomorrow. 
At least the nice people in Australia house are not as slow as DIAC
Hope they are as quick with everyone else's
