Default Travelling on a spouse visa

My permanent visa was granted 7 years ago and I have been in Australia for 6 years on a 309-100 visa.

Am I able to return to Australia after 11 days back in the uk on the same visa or do I need to apply for a residents return visa?

Thanks

You'll almost certainly need a RRV. On your PR visa label there should be a date that says "Must not enter after XXXXXX" That date will be 5 years after your PR was granted. If you are past that date, you need either citizenship or a RRV in order to return to Aus
