Timeline for Jan 2008 Applicants
I applied for GSM 175 in Jan 2008 in No CSL / MODL category (now category 7). As per the IMMI Charter, the new timeline for this category is three years. Do you this it will be granted in Jan 2011 or I have to wait till Dec 2012 as lot of site mention this as the d-date.

Nobody is going to be able to predict when your visa will be decided. It could be tomorrow or another 3 years. If anyone tells you differently they're speculating.
