Are you saying you don't understand the difference between the postal service and a courier service?

Can you give the guy an answer without the sarcasm?

To answer your question, one address is if you are planning on sending your application via regular mail. The other is if you want to use a courier service. Lots of businesses here in Australia use a post box if they get a large volume of mail instead of having it sent directly to their office. The courier on the other hand will take it right to the mail room of the assessment authority. In my opinion, it is better to send by courier, then you will have a tracking number on your package so you can see when it was delivered and should it go missing the courier service can locate it.
Good luck with your application.

Another important difference, the corrier will let you know who received ur application, the regular post will just put the application in the destination PO box..
