Are there any holiday restrictions, 175?
Hi, could anyone tell me if there are any restrictions on holidays back to the UK once we have moved to OZ, if we wanted to visit family in the UK for a couple of weeks things like that.
We are hopefully coming over on a 175 skilled visa later in the year, it may be a silly question but I cant remember if ive read it somewhere or totally made it up.

If you come back before it expires, 5 years after grant that is - your visa has a "must not enter after" condition. Then you would have to apply either for Resident Return Visa or for citizenship and Aussie passport.
