Thank God for My Visa
i received my visa yesterday and Praise God for that.
It took me 30 months of patient /impatient waiting for me. Finally all ends well
.My time line is as follows.
Application Lodged - April 2008
HR country
Visa class _ 176 SS - Non CSL. Category 3.
1st Medicals/PCC - May 2008
2nd Medical /PCC - October 2010
VISA Grant : 21st OCT 2010.
Best of luck to all............. and GOD BLESS.

I understand HR means high risk country. can anyone provide a list of HR countries? how can I know if my country is on that list?

Processing times vary depending on 'high risk' or 'low risk' country requirements. Low risk countries are Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) eligible. High risk countries are those not on the ETA list.

It is about visa 846, but I have seen the same info on other visa types. Hope this helps.
So I would check http://www.eta.immi.gov.au/ETAAus1En.html and see if you country is on there. If it is, then you're in a low risk country.
