Substantial criminal record
Hi guys,
I received a 2 year suspended sentence for ABH/wounding when I was 19. It’s something I regret greatly but I had just lost my mum and the grief from this loss caused me to behave out of character, I don’t want to use it as an excuse but It was a very difficult time. It is 14 years since this offence and other than this I have a clean record. I am now 33, married and have three children. Is there anyone who has a similar background or anyone who knows of anyone that has been successful obtaining a 190 PR visa? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks for the advice. I have contacted some migration agents already that have told me it shouldn’t be an issue, but no guarantees. I just wondered if there were any success stories that could put my worries at ease.
