Hi, Just google Study Options and you'll find the email address and phone number. Ask to speak to Steffan. We didn't pay them a penny, the education provider pays them a commission for finding you for them. Still, they don't charge you anything. It does tell you everything to do on the www.immi.gov.au website but Study Options just go over everything with you, don't worry it's nothing like the permanent residency application process.
