HOw long after obtaining residence status do I need to wait before qualifying for NZ
rates of studying at a university ? I would like to study vetinary science, but am
not sure if there is a waiitng period before I qualify as a "local". The study fees
for "foreigners" are apparently very high. Many thanks Bridget
