married to a spark
Hi all,
We are thinking of going down the study route (hairdresser) for me so other half could work.
He is a spark by trade but has been specialising in fire protection commissioning for past 10 years and so feels he would not pass as general electrician.
can we go on study visa and o/h work as sparks mate for 20 hours per week and so build up work ex. for PR.
Your thoughts please.
Dee

I'm not sure how practical it would be to get a job as an electrician for only 20 hours a week, there is a big demand for them here and I would assume most would want full time help.
Best of luck
