Sorry to be a bearer of bad news but they dont have a list due to the fact they dont issue state nominations.
The only states that do are: Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia

Yes thats right - NSW do not take part in STNI. Have you considered the SIR visa as an option? They are just starting to release regional occupation details:-

I think people need to be very careful before going to NSW on a SIR visa:
- It's not yet clear if NSW will give STNI even to SIR holders after 2-3 years living in the regional parts of the state
- It's not yet clear if children of SIR holders attending government schools in NSW will have to pay thousands of dollars in school fees.
- if your skills are really in demand in regional NSW, why not look at employer nominated PR through the RSMS? If you find such an employer, you can forget about SIR and go straight for PR through RSMS.
