Do you know any state give nomination to this occupation : Telecommunication Engineer" 263311 under visa 489??

You need to check the lists, same as anyone else would need to on your behalf. Spaces do get used up so best to do that not rely upon old information.

its a limited category now..you can try in other occupation if it is posible..or you can complete the assessment process by engineers australia and wait for the state sponsorship to apply at the right moment

I finished my assessment as Telecommunication Engineer 263311 and applied under visa 489 because I have only 50 points.
