Default State/Employer Sponsorship!!!

I am in the process of having my TRA processed. In an attempt to speed things up for the planned move (to Brisbane) how do you go about getting State sponsorship. I have heard about it but cannot find out much about it?

Queensland state government does not sponsor for general skilled.
But if you find an employer in a regional Queensland centre (eg
Townsville) who's keen to hire you, you can be sponsored for RSMS fee
free which will get you your visa quicker. Although as RSMS visas are
cancellable in the first 2 years, you may prefer to get a standard
skills visa.

Brisbane is not within the scope of RSMS.
