SS granted for an occupation not on new SOL
Dear All,
I have a question.. What would happen if one is granted state sponsorship (applied before the visa processing was halted), on an occupation NOT on the new SOL ?.
What will happen to those applicants ?. I know this is a tricky one.
Maybe one of the Immigration consultants would like to shed some light on this issue ?. They have been awfully quite for a while haven't they ?
