spouse visa split with partner

spouse visa split with partner
Hi,
I have a visa 309 and it doesnlt turn to PR until march 2006.
I ahve recently split with my husband and have returned to the UK, I'l be goin back at new year for a bit but I will then be returning to the Uk again.
I obviously need to tell Dimia of my change of circumstances however we have a business together so I will need to be able to re enter Australia and recieve money etc from my business. The business does not employ any other people so I cant see that I could get a business visa. Does anyone know what Visa I might be able to apply for to still be half owner of the busines or will I have to be bought out by my husband?

Hi Kala,
From these details it doesn't look as though there's much you could qualify for apart from a business ETA, and that would only work in three month spurts. On the off chance that a 457 might work (or some other longer term visa) you'd best be in touch with an agent, and my instinct tells me that you'd be better off sitting down with an agent face to face.
